How do you describe your "dj style"?
Real. Intuitive. Fun. Every wedding is fully customized for each couple and their guests. The art of DJing is on full display: music is perfectly mixed, each song blended into each other in-beat and, most importantly, completely different than your typical wedding DJ experience. Oh, and forget the cheese: we don't even own a copy of The Chicken Dance (seriously!) and you won't be annoyed with silly games. will YOU BE THE dj at my wedding?
YES! You will work one-on-one with Shaun, Frankie or Gabe from the first meeting to the very last "one more song!" We do not book a wedding then sub-contract the booking to another DJ or company.
can we give you a list of our favorite songs?
Even better! Each client receives their own website log-in where you can create a customize LOVE IT, LIKE IT and HATE IT playlist. You can even invite your guests to submit requests on your wedding website if desired (we will even set this up for you if you are not web savvy!)
do we get to meet with YOU?
Absolutely! You are welcome to meet with your DJ as many times needed to plan your perfect day.
do we sign a contract with you?
Yes. A contract protects your investment and protects our availability at the same time.
do you travel?
Absolutely. Shaun is based in Chicago and is available for travel to Milwaukee, Lake Geneva, Madison, Green Bay/ Door County and anywhere in the world. Frankie is available in the Chicago to Milwaukee area and Gabe is available in Green Bay, Door County and Appleton/Oshkosh/ Fond du Lac areas.
are you insured?
2 Million Yeses (in other words, we are fully insured and carries a $2,000,000 liability policy at every event.) Some venues require us to add them to his insurance policy as additional insured. This can be done with no additional cost to you.
DO YOU PROVIDE CEREMONY SERVICES?
We sure do! Our ceremony system is designed to be heard but not seen (especially in your photos.) The system includes wireless lapel mics, handheld mics and a digital mixing system and surround sound speaker technology.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
A retainer payment, which is part of your overall fee, is due with your signed contract. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your wedding. Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo without a fee, old school check or if most convenient, credit card (incurs a small convenience fee)
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?
As an in-demand DJs, we are typically booked 12-18 months in advance. Click here to inquire if we are available for your date.
HOW MUCH SHOULD WE BUDGET FOR OUR DJ?
You should designate between 10% - 15% of your overall budget for entertainment at your reception. Fact is, most couples spend more on appetizers than their entertainment! No one remembers a cheese and veggie tray but the DJ you choose WILL MAKE OR BREAK your celebration.
