Work with Shaun!

We are currently looking for new DJ assistants for our event season. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in Mix DJing, event production, sound production and lighting. You'll work with Shaun to create memorable experiences using the latest and best in DJ, sound and lighting equipment. No experience is necessary, we are happy to train but basic understanding of sound equipment and a willingness to learn is a must. 

What we are looking for in an ideal candidate: 

• Be reliable: our clients are making an investment in the experience we create. We must deliver, as promised, at all times.
• Possess a solid work ethic: own the position and take pride in the work you will do with us. Understand that we are dedicated to creating the very best experience at all times. 
• Be detail oriented: the magic is in the details and there are lots of details to juggle during an event.
• Be a problem solver: problems will arise, we must solve them efficiently and effectively without it effecting our clients experience. 
• Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation: arriving at the event venue on time is critical. Our events go late into the evening so depending on others for transportation is not feasible. 
• Be able to lift 50 lbs: we work in tandem to safely move equipment but you must be able to lift at least 50 lbs safely on to a cart or stand. 
• Be able to work Friday and Saturdays (late into the evening): the majority of our events are on Friday and Saturdays and go late into the evening. You will have to dedicate the entire day to the event.  ​

Compensation: 

• Competitive hourly starting wage based on experience.
• Gratuities from clients (split between the team working the event)
• Performance bonuses at the end of the year. 
• Logo'ed shirts and hoodies are provided (worn during set up and strike.)
• Formal clothing allowance is provided after training and second worked event.
